That is NOT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING when it comes to actual (you know)
nutrition! Nutrients are more important than ingredients.


No, nutrients AND ingredients are both important. If only nutrients mattered,
you could eat McDonald's hamburgers and greasy fries every day and take a
multivitamins with it. Or, you could eat fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, whole
grains, etc. No which diet do you think is healthier? Don't bother answering.
