My girlfriend's male Persian insists on eating a junk food diet (kitty treats)
which has resulted in struvites and bloody urine. She took the animal to a vet
(2nd time) and he prescribed a low-PH diet.

However this Persian is extremely persnickedy in his diet and won't even eat
fresh meat or ordinary cat foods or even human food such as fresh Muscovy duck
leg meat (top grade) or Mahi tuna, etc. We've tried special organic diets,
ordered expensive cat food, etc. but he's proved to be extremely self willed
here and only wants kitty treats of a particular kind.

Has anyone has success in reducing urine PH and avoiding struvites and getting
their Persian to eat?
