Has anyone has success in reducing urine PH and avoiding struvites and
getting
their Persian to eat?

How are you introducing the new foods? It has to be done slowly by adding just
a little of new food to the old at a time. You could also try sprinkling
something like parmesan cheese on top of the food as a bribe and see if that
helps.
