Default NEW CAT

I'M GETTING A NEW (6 YR OLD) CAT BECAUSE HER OWNER DOESN'T WANT HER. I ALREADY HAVE A MALE AND A FEMALE ABOUT THE SAME AGE. HOW LONG SHOULD I KEEP THE NEW CAT SEPARATED FROM THE TWO STOOGES?

Till they get along. Could happen in three days; could never happen.

Keep them seperated when unsupervised and let them visit each other when
you can supervise them.

Thank you. I sure hope this goes well. I've always had kittens, so I don't know what a "real" cat is like!!
