going soft

My husband thinks I'm going soft. I just brought my laptop downstairs
because Memphis is asleep on my study chair!

Sometimes I take naps sideways across the bed because I feel guilty
about disturbing Smokey (in a poke at the foot of th ebed on the
right) and a bitty (curled in the middle of the bed on the left)

There's a song by Phish that goes "When you're here, I sleep
lengthwise; when your gone, I sleep diagonal on the bed...." It always
reminded me of sleeping with the kitties.
