Cruising Cats: March 14
Tuesday, March 14, 2006
We had another day at the dock because of blustery, cold wind. The cats seem to feel at home now. One thing they really like about boating is that they get fed at about 3 a.m. They say that eating at 3 a.m. is as it should be and it took us dumb humans long enough to figure it out. However, we are feeding them then so that they have time to digest the food and use the litter box before we leave in the morning. When Rosie decided to hop up into her den for a nap, she was surprised to see Cinder's black fuzzy face and yellow eyes in the opening. It was a standoff, with Rosie wanting to get into her private space, and Cinder, caught in the act of trespassing, trying to figure out a dignified way to get out of it. I picked Rosie up; Cinder exited. I put Rosie in her den, and peace prevailed. Posted by Annie, crew for Cinder and Rosie |
