Harmful: cat deterrent!
The neighbors have a cat repellent. This sound is audible to humans. Our daughter of 2 years old: She has her ears bloody scratched. I get tinnitus of these sounds. It is high-frequency sound which also makes use of the Mosquito against loitering. The sound of the cat deterrent is 140 decibels. According to ENT doctors noise is harmful. Range: 1500m2. Total 45 meters. Solar Garden Guard.
