Default Chipmunk at the library

A few minutes ago, I had just finished checking out a book at the
local library ("The Game Changer", some tome on corporate innovation
by A.G. Lafley, CEO of P&G - anyone know if it's any good a read?)

As I was stepping out the door, a tiny brown race-striped thing dashed
madly past my legs and headed at high speed towards the Children's
section! I stepped back inside a bit, and apologetically told the
librarian that I'd let a chipmunk into the library. She giggled, but
she knew I wasn't kidding - she'd seen it too. Not really knowing
what else to do, I headed home.

But when I got home, I thought that I'd better call the library to
make sure things were all right. The librarian there was still in
fits of giggles, and she told me that they caught the chipmunk looking
forlornly out the window, and managed to shoo it out. I'm so glad.

When I got off the phone, both Dot and Buster were standing on my lap.
"Did you just say 'chipmunk', Daddy? What's this about a chipmunk??"
