13 yr old male cat had a stroke--is there any hope?

Possibly. I have seen cats recoup from a stroke, others simply
cannot. The best to you and your kitty - I hope he is one of the
success cases!

recovered very well and was put on an aspirin regime, recovered and lived
to be
