Cat went in litter box, but didn't cover it up

She just took her firt poop in the litter box, and didn't bury it.
I can't have exposed poop sitting in my house! It stinks!

So place her in the box and praise her and gently take her little paws
and cover it up, then praise her some more and give her a treat.

Glad your cat is now using the litter box. Don't worry about the
covering up thing. Some cats leave it uncovered as a macho act.
Eventually they will cover it and your cat will do a nice job for you

One thing I did do was cover myself while she watched.
I heard her say something like "heh, heh....sucker." :-)

The Petsmart order came today, which included furniture spray, catnip
spray, sticky tape and a nice bed. Oh, and a dog catalog.
