It's the best for some, maybe most -- but not all. Individual
metabolisms are too variable to make such blanket statements.

As I said, moist food is the *best* food for cats... I don't mind if you

What kind of wet food do you like, Phil? Because my cats get wet food
(Iams, Purina, Friskies, some fish but lately they seem to like
chicken best) and although they love it and beg for it probably one
out of three feedings somebody throws up a LOT of cat food. Both are
well vetted, healthy cats, both short-haired, medicated for hairballs,
brushed regularly. They rarely hurl dry food. Is it the kind I am
feeding? When I asked the vet, he said "Aww. Poor little things. They
want it but it is too rich for them." He said they eat it too fast. I
now put out small amounts, but it has not seemed to help.
