Default Caribbean Princess comments.

I was on the Caribbean Princess last week, the ship was beautiful but the
service was very lacking. There was one person on the phone at the front
desk at1:10 AM when I had to call because my Bathtub was gurgling and
backing up. The girl Ramoes, was very Rude and ,when I called the 911 she
said she could not talk to me unless it was a medical emergency.
When I went down to the desk in the morning to get a supervisor, that was
not much better,Finally a supervisor called my cabin after I complained
to the captain.
She admitted having one person on the desk for a ship that large was not
a good Idea.
There were 173 children on the ship and they took over the jacuzzi and
were running up and down the halls. We were told we must have tickets to
go to the movies under the stars,We planned 3 days in advance to go to
the movies up on the deck, when we got there all the chairs were taken
and no more blankets were available, very poorly run.My Husband hunted
and hunter for 2 chairs, they we settled in to see this suspense thriller
movie and right at the best part, the servers came around with popcorn
and snacks right in your face! I kindly told one to get out of the way,I
could not see the screen.Kids running wild every were.
We asked for First seating and were later told that Clayton Homes had a
meeting on the ship and took over all of first seating, We were told to
go eat at the anytime dining room,so we did and never sat with the same
people twice. Not a good experience. But the ship is beautiful ,but wait
don't go on it until Princess gets there act together. The cabin was
dirty and when I brought it to the room stewards attention,he said o.k
and did nothing,The front desk was notified and came in and gave the
cabin a good cleaning. There were no pillow cases on the pillows in our
suite and when I asked why,I was told they ran out of pillow cases The
food was a 6. There was not a low carb menu. This was out 19 Princess
cruise and it was not our favorite.Just a ship to ferry people down and
back to the Islands. Princess is getting more like Carnival.

Did you write the company? I sure would. And let them know you are
recommending against their service. With the press in the news about people
getting sick on cruises, they sure seem to need to clean up their act, but
they won't do anything if people don't write them.
