Have a LitterMaid Mega. Ctas use it and evn though it has it quirks I
can work with it. After a year it conked out. Pulled it apart and it
seems to work. Does anyone have a Litter Robot? If so how long have
you had it and any problems with it? Hopefully you have had it for
over 2 yrs.Is it woth the extra bucks than a LitterMaid? Can I use any
kind of clumping litter in it? Thank you for any help or info. Plz
excuse if I posted in the wrong group. Again thank yoou!

Last I read, the Litter Robot is not good for anything more
than 2 cats.

You can get 2 mega LM's for one Robot.

I'd be concerned that these things would scare the crap out of my cat(s).

The last thing anyone needs is a cat with a litterbox phobia.

We've got the one's with the rounded top (Omega Paw?) that you flip over
manually and they separate the clumps from the litter. The top also

prevents
accidents outside the box.

I could never find the big one of the Omega Paw type and the little
one was just not big enough. Plus, I kept having problems with the
litter clumping in the divider section.

Now that I think about it, with one cat having diarrhea, maybe it's
best that I not use that one.

That could be messy.

We've got one large one for the big kitty and a small one for the small
kitty. Of course the big kitty uses the small one and the small kitty uses
the big one.
