Default Harvey: His Mom On Vacation

Okay, Harvey's mother-figure went on vacation. I'm taking care of everything.
Harvey likes me but he likes 'Mom' tons better. And he's not dealing with it
very well. He's very vocal today, as if Mom is just hiding and needs to hear
him to come back.

Any suggestions on how to help him deal?

Do you have any of the mother figure's dirty clothes at hand? A used t-shirt
smelling of her could give him comfort if laid somewhere where he likes to
nap. Frank usually goes on hunger strike for 24 hours if I leave him with my
Mum, but after that he's fine with her. Maybe Harvey will get over it.

Good idea. A good hearty play session and an extra treat might be in order
too. Does Harvey like to be groomed? Some cats find comfort in grooming.

Does he like to listen to the radio?

Harvey seems to have cheered up after some extra treats and grooming.

No, but the birdies do. They like 80's rock

Giles: I'm so very sorry. My contrition
completely dwarfs the impending apocalypse.
