Yeah that's what 'Gandalf' was saying... I think perhaps the
'parasites' might be the cause.

Only way to find out is to check.

Trouble is when we last took her to the vet for injections whatever he
gave her nearly killed her. Her hair fell out in huge patches and she
looked like she had mange! Took her months to pull around!

But we can't leave her throwing up everywhere either.

Hard to know what to do but a check up will have to do for starters I
suppose.

If it was me, I might want to find another vet.

What were the injections she received?

If they were routine vaccinations, the next time she gets them, assuming
she had an allergic reaction to them previously, she could die from
anaphylactic shock.

This is a separate issue, but one you should look into, lest you lose
your cat to a vaccination reaction. It's quite rare, but it does happen.

Please keep us informed about your cat

As I said in the other thread (stupid me) Lewis is usually ok... it
may be she was actually sick before I took her... I wouldn't know tho
she appeared ok at the time.

Standard cat stuff (I'm really not too well up on what vets do... I
just take them for their yearly shots and hope he knows what he's
doing).

If they were routine vaccinations, the next time she gets them, assuming
she had an allergic reaction to them previously, she could die from
anaphylactic shock.

I'll point out to him what happened... and why I hadn't brought her
back since... and see what he says. Maybe there is an alternative to
what she had last time. It's a couple of years since she had *any*
shots at all....

This is a separate issue, but one you should look into, lest you lose
your cat to a vaccination reaction. It's quite rare, but it does happen.

Will do - thanks for the help btw!!
