RPCA to be managed by PETA

April Feerst told this reporter that she thought it was a good idea;
that it would bring the group's sense of humor to new levels.

When this reporter asked how shrill political polemic could possibly
improve the humor of rpca, Miss Feerst replied, "Oh no, not THAT PETA.
I meant the OTHER PETA - People Eating Tasy Animals. They're a LOT
more fun!"

And there you have it, news fans!
