I was surprised, too. That's why I provided several links because
everything I looked at seemed similar (and all wer shorter than my own
experience -- which I hope will get longer and longer).

Take a peak at this guy (video link included.) He has passed away now, but
he's as old as they come. Fairly unusual, yes, but it has happened:

Ah, yes, that's Granpa, a Sphynx. Another example of a breed known for being
long-lived, although I wouldn't expect many to reach their 30s as Granpa did.
