If you can't fathom that, then how about having something to say other than "test". If you never have anything to say, then what difference does it make if you can or can't post? Why would anyone reply to a test post? Life must be pretty empty for you, eh? Because if everybody did test posts, the groups would be horrible. Whe I need to do a test, I just come up with a new topic or reply to somebody. If it doesn't post, I can always repost it later. And if it does, then great, Problem solved. I actually did do a test post at 1.test, which posted fine. But for some reason I was having problems posting to this particular group. Unfortunately my employer decided to come in at that moment with something for me to do so I just did a quick test post. Yeah, I suppose I should have thought of some great topic, but I didn't. So sue me :/ Playing on Usenet while on the job, great set of work ethics you have. No surprise there. It's called lunch time, twit. But then again you probably don't even have a job so you wouldn't know about such things. Still no surprise... and that makes it all the more interesting. It is called... company equipment with the emphasis on *company*. Generally, it isn't a good thing to admit in the freely available public record that you have been using company equipment for personal use. That may come back to bite you. This much is known... you don't like following the rules and have a low sense of ethics and class. In the meantime... bite me. |
