Gracie! Welcome to the world of slavedom! Tell us more about Miss Kitty. And
how is Abi going to cope?

She's black and white and fuzzy ALLLLLLLLLLLLL over. She's pure
sweetheart and loves kids.

Yeah, my daughter has allergies, worse than her sister did. Abi
outgrew hers, she can do just about anything and be ok. Eve has the
classic black rings around the eyes, runny nose etc. So here's the
tweaky part I really don't like to share.

Miss Kitty is an outdoor cat who would love to come inside. Right now
she's on the tailend of the major throughfair at the local baptist
college campus, LOTS of traffic. She'll be coming here, way way off
the road with little traffic. Abi is begging for a cat that she can
actually cuddle. And Miss Kitty is pure lapcat. So eventually I think
I want to try moving her in. This winter she'll certainly come in at
night. My front porch will be turned into something similar to Bev's
cathouse for shelter,warmth etc.

So it's not quite a housekitty, but it's as close as I can manage
right now. I'm not crazy about outside cats for safety reasons, but I
think it'll work out great. Plus, Abi has been watching tv way too
much. If she has a playmate outside, I'm thinking this might be the
answer .

Hey Tak, yeah we're d-pet based but my friend has three inside cats
and she just does not have room for a fourth and she wants to try and
get Miss Kitty off the road I think. It's permanent but if there are
any complications I can return her in the next day or two. I seriously
doubt we will though Abi will stage a rebellion if we do.

Is she a permanent addition to your family? Wasn't your oldest daughter
allergic? Or have you come to your senses and decided to just chug her
full of drugs so you can have a cat?

The baby's allergic? And wow what great news! I thought Grace's
household was more d-pet based? We're running out of catless members.
