This was posted on the Facebook page, too. Definitely down - look at the
stairs rather than at the cat (I know, hard for some of us ). The
camera was looking up at the sides of the stairs, not the tops. If those
were the tops, they'd be pretty dangerous, what with the overhang sticking
up, just waiting for someone to trip on it. I'm sure the overhanging part
is the top of each step.
