Default Buffy and the Bird

Buffy was on the back of the couch today looking out the window. Rather
than watching the hummingbird feeder, she was staring intently at the
ground.

My first thought was she had spotted a lizard or a snake. Nope. It was
a Carolina Wren taking a sand bath.

Buffy was fascinated. The bird had no idea it was being watched.

I can imagine that that is the most fascinating thing to see!

There's a logical explanation for it but try explaining to a cat why a
bird is bathing in dirt. It made for great cat TV!
