It's probably all that nighttime prowling that does him in. Can't you
convince him that home is best? MLB

Jeez, I wish I could. When he adopted us ten years ago, he did
so as an outdoor cat. We've tried keeping him in, but he howled
all night and nearly demolished the carrier we tried to
night-train him in. He absolutely WILL NOT stay in at night.
