Pill Pockets! Giving pills daily to cat

I use the Pounce hairball remedy treats (the soft kind) - they are
filled with the hairball remedy stuff and just a pinch opens the side
and the pill slides in and in 99% of the time my cat eats the whole
treat and gets the pill too.

hiding them in his mouth and pretending to swallow, and then spitting
them out under the table.

My vet gave me a packet of Pill Pocket treats to hide the pill in,
and he gobbled it right down.
