items will be gathered by the military and sold on the black market. I
guess not letting help in is one was to cut down on your opposition. How
they could hold a vote of any kind with people dieing all around is beyond
me. When the bodies start to rot they will let help in to clean up the
mess. That way they can get rid of a few of their enemies by the diseases
they contract. Sorry but I just can not imagine how this can happen and
short of another war, which we don't need, that nothing can be done.

what they are going through. I imagine the rain water is all that is
keeping some of them alive. I bet the leaders haven't missed a meal since
