Petgold Mite-X Ear Mite Remedy
Has anyone tried PetgGld Mite-X Ear Mite Remedy before ? I noticed
when I used it on my cat that the inside of her ears got a little red and they even felt warm to the touch. They did not look that way before adding the meds. I am wondering if possibility if they could be an irritant to her ears. Thanks |

Ear mites should never be treated with OTC products unless confirmed by a vet with a swab test. Many ear problems that people think are mites are actually ear infections. That said, it is quite possibly an irritant. It's chemicals that kill mites. Are you following the label directions, or adding a little extra? Even one drop too many can irritate the cat's ears. If the cat has sensitive skin, any amount may irritate her. ------------------------------------------------- ~kaeli~ Press any key to continue or any other key to quit.
