Lee "tanadashoes" wrote in message ... cshenk wrote: "Lesley" wrote My local shop has pork fillet on special offer- anyone know what to do with it?! Looks like loin steaks but thicker...I'd like to try something but does anyone know any recipies? Do I just marinade it? Roast it? Grill it? Or maybe cut it into chunks and stir fry? This is how we used to deal with outrageous posts. Leslie set a great lead for us to follow. Then we drifted off and started actually paying attention to what the OP was saying. But it was a great start. I am appallled that I crossposted without realizing it. My bad. Good eye, Jill. Sherry |
