I agree with not letting cats run lose, but that isn't the case here.
I have a fenced in backyard that the boys (and girl) can't get out of. Not to but a damper on things..but in NY one has to be aware of possible scenarios. There are a lot of kooks here, so....one's pet cat (allowed in one's backyard) can be another's pain in the arse. A deranged neighbor could toss in a bit of poison in your yard. It's a bit harder for said neighbor to toss in a bit of poison in your house. |
