Default Marko and we are making some progress

Hello catfolks,

Marko (AKA Mark, what is his official name) and we are closing up.
When it comes to breakfast I can now sit on the cellar stairs and call
him "Marko, breakfast!!". Slowly he will poke his head out of his
"castle", will walk veeeery carefully upstairs to his bowl and starts
to eat. I now can sit very closely to him and he will not retreat at
every little move I make. I still cannot touch him, he then will hiss
at me and back away. But here we make some progress too, because
earlier he would have retreated into his castle completely.

On sunday morning tomcat Merlin suddenly backed into my sleeping room
trough the door I left ajar. He hissed and slashed at the opening.
When I opened the door slowly, Marko sat behind it. I then offered a
small belt for some playing, but Marko wouldn't come into the room and
Merlin (still in the room) was not in playing mood.

Later we has a play in the cellar in front of Markos "castle". Merlin
was present and played a little as well. But when Marko approached
him, he was growling at Marko, so MArko backed away. But there was no
attack from either side.

Seems we are making some progress together.

P.S.: In the Sig You will find a Link to some pics from past and
present masters.

Glad the integration of Marko is going forward. He is a very handsome
fellow!

That's wonderful to hear!
