One of the things that Dianne's sudden and incredibly tragic passing made me
think about was how many times I don't tell the people I love that I love
them because I "know" that I'll see them again, and saying a mushy "I love
you" would be kinda awkward. But of course, there's nothing at all that
guarantees that this isn't the very last oppurtunity I'll ever have to tell
those folks what they mean to me.

So, dear RPCA, I love you guys. Every one of you, past and present, in some
way has made my life less mundane and more special. It has filled my life
with that magic only friends can bring. There are some perhaps taht think
that because I don't agree with about some topic or other that I don't like
or appreciate them, and thats not true at all. Every person here adds
something unique to this group, and while I also love you folk as
individuals as well, you as a group, I mean *we*, are utterly awesome,
special, wonderful, uplifting and enlightening. Thankyou for being a
treasured part of my life.

Next time you're feeling down, darlin', read this (below). My cousin sent
it
to me during my unemployment/depression, and it's amazing how many times I
remember the first three lines....

1. At least 2 people in this world love you so much they would die for
you.

2. At least 15 people in this world love you in someway.

3. The only reason anyone would ever hate you is because they want to be
just like you.

4. A smile from you can bring happiness to anyone, even if they don't like
you.

5. Every night, SOMEONE thinks about you before they go to sleep.

6. You mean the world to someone.

7. If not for you, someone may not be living.

8. You are special and unique.

9. Someone that you don't even know exists, loves you.

10. When you make the biggest mistake ever, something good comes from it.

11. When you think the world has turned its back on you, take a look: you
most likely turned your back on the world.

12. When you think you have no chance of getting what you want, you
probably
won't get it, but if you believe in yourself, probably, sooner or later,
you
will get it.

13. Always remember the compliments you received. Forget about the rude
remarks.

14. Always tell someone how you feel about them; you will feel much better
when they know.

15. If you have a great friend, take the time to let them know that they
are
great.

I just got mine ready to mail tonight. TJ sent ours to "The Whole Darn
Shirk Family," which made us laugh so much that we sent out our cards
addressed from "The Whole Darn Shirk Family." I hope to get them mailed
tomorrow, as I didn't have enough stamps for them all.
