infringement is not limited to people selling something.

free days to publish... after 180 days.. anyone can record and publish
the material

I say anyone can publish the material, I mean anyone can re-record the
song...
do their version of it.. and release it...

once you record a song.. that song belongs to you...
nobody can distribute my recordings without permission, even though I
didn't write the song.. I own my recordings.
