I'll do some research on the sites you've given me.
I don't think there's anyway to get him moving at his age (unless a
dog was chasing him).

I just reposted this same information again - sorry! It appeared my post
got lost in space. You may not get him moving but you can get him on a
good diet feeding the correct food. He'll lose the weight.
