I'm so sorry Melissa. I'll light a candle tonight to help guide Pan on his
journey to the bridge. Purrs for your broken heart.

I'm back from the vet's office with an empty cat carrier, and a sad,
but not empty heart. Nina and Francesca are still here, after all, and
I'll have them both for a long time to come. Pan crossed the Rainbow
Bridge very gently and quickly, and it is my hope that he and Isadora
are together again on the far side, now. He pretty much collapsed
before Dr. Mell had even finished giving him the injection, and I
had quite a while to sit beside his thin little body and stroke him,
saying last goodbyes. The saddest time will be when I get into bed
tonight, and he won't be there to curl up on top of me under the
covers.

I'm very sad, of course, but okay. I had left it too long in Isadora's
case two years ago, which I vowed I would not do for Panther. He had a
gentle, dignified end.

I'm so very sorry. But he will be met by good friends at the Rainbow
Bridge.

I wish I had known Pan even better than through this medium. My heart
goes out to both of you.

Big hugs for you and a candle for Pan. I'm sorry that he had to go and I'm

Piggybacking on Dan's message as I missed your original post, Melissa. Our
condolences on the passing of Pan. We are lighting a candle for Enid tonight
and will add another one for Pan. The will both enter the RB together.

Marina,

My hope is that Panther and Isadora are having a good gossip with Frank
and Nikki tonight and telling "Would You Believe What Our Hoomins Used
To Do" stories on the far side of the Bridge. =o) But they do leave an
empty place behind, don't they?
