Har. Speak for yourself, kiddo. Over the years in xray room, I reduced the
drunkest, doped-up, most belligerent, combative, snarling biker-types to
giggling pre-adolescencent showoffs....by oohing and aahing admiration of
their multiple tatoos. Pretending at first, I really did gain awe and
amazement over some of those I saw that "did tricks" (wiggling snakes,
smiles that grinned wider, women's body parts that....never mind; all
through muscle control). At present, I just don't think tatoos are very
attractive on women unless on extremities. On women, it just reminds me of
(unfair, unfair, true, I admit) prison inmates.

Okay, I don't mind that my co-worker has a bracelet tatooed around her
ankle, that's kinda cute. Or a friend who has a butterfly on her shoulder.
But some of them are just... well. Don't show me your piercings unless they
are in your ears. I'm an old-fashioned kinda gal

Well, if we're on the beach you won't be able to avoid
seeing mine. (ears, nose and belly button) And I'm
very fond of my tattoos - they have meaning to me -
celtic knotwork bracelet round my ankle with a thistle
(my "made in Scotland" mark) and portrait of George RB
on my upper arm.

I got mine after passing the oral examination in my doctoral

LOL, terrible story, but...there's a woman I see in the grocery store sometimes
with a huge tatoo of a rose on her calf with something written. She must have
gotten the tatoo when she was much younger, and much thinner, because it looks
like as she "grew", the tatoo distorted. It's a pretty ugly thing.
My daughter has a tatoo of a morning glory on her toe. I am so myoptic I
*still* glance at it and think it's some kind of bug on her foot.

Well, I wouldn't get a tatoo, but there are some that I find quite
attractive. I remember the guy who used to manage the gym at work, he's
a former marine and now a firefighter. He had an awesome body and a
couple of tatoos. One a very stylized "crown of thorns" kinda thing
around his arm and an extremely sexy sun-like motif in the small of his
back. I just wanted to lick it!!! YUM!

I would like to think my tattoos are nice. Since I have them does that mean
I'm bad/evil? Would people in Oklahoma even speak to me if they new I
had ink?

I have Lady & the Tramp on back of my shoulder, maybe it's me, but I can't
see many inmates having a too of L&T on their perons at all.

I did run into a woman at a gym who had a picture of her cat too'd on her
shoulder - it was the coolest one I've ever seen (and probably one of the
most expensive).
