Default Christian, the "wild" lion

On Cute Overload today, they have a video of a lion that was adopted from
Herods by a couple. They raised him until he was too big, then rehomed him
to Africa.

They go to Africa to look for him, but forewarned that he is now "too
wild".

The reunion is heart-tuggingly sweet.

Hugs and Purrs,
Mark

The video is everything you say and more. The more is when one of the
lionesses in his pride decides that it must be safe to visit with the
humans because Christian is doing so. Again, as in so many cases,
animals have capacities that science does not recognize.

Note how Christian's mane was more impressive before his release into
the wild. Shows the importance of hoomins as groomers.

It's a classic, but still brings tears to my eyes. "Too wild" indeed.
