In response to what you said :

1) I don't plan on breeding her therefore there was no need for me to do
research on it.
2) She isn't spayed because she is still very young and as I stated in an
earlier reply in speaking with vets in my area they will do it at 6 mths old
but prefer the cat to be older.
3) Yes I did do reading on how to take care of a cat, did you do any reading
on how to be polite to someone who is asking for help on a public forum
because all I did was ask for help about coping during heat. I didn't ask
about other info on taking care of a cat, because I have already researched.
I didn't appreciate your comments and the attitude in your post. In future,
if you don't have anything to offer, DON'T POST.

my cat just went into heat, she is 8 mths old and this is the first time
she has gone into heat, this being Friday nite and not getting paid for

2
weeks, any suggestions as to anything I can do/give her to help her

out.

1) Did you plan to breed your cat? If so...did you do any research on it?
2) If you didn't plan to breed..why didn't you have her spayed?
3) Do any reading on how to take care of a pet cat?

Take an a couple of hours..do a search on google and see how to cope with

a cat
in heat. Also, try to learn a bit about cat care..and..if you aren't

breeding
(and it doesn't sound like you will..not having a clue about it)....do

another
quick search on low-cost facilities that offer spaying at a reduced rate.
Spaying your cat will 1) prevent ovarian cancer and 2) will prevent

unwanted
pregnancies....ya know...kittens born (adding to the thousands of

kittens/cats
without homes).
