The unbearable sweetness

At the moment and for the third time this evening, Eli has Baby Eyes pinned
on the couch and is giving her more than a bath... it's like he's making
love to her. He did the same thing on the floor with Beatrice a while ago.
Even Lily is no longer afraid of him, and Billy sticks out his head to be
bathed in the unbearable sweetness.

I often feel like I do not deserve and cannot believe how blessed I am to be
living with all these wonderful creatures.

I have to envy you a clowder that functions so well. I wish Jake and
Molly would at least try to like each other.

They do the sibling 'nobody beats up on my brother/sister but me'
deal. But that is it.

There may be playing and there is some thundering herd stuff that goes
on at night when we are supposed to be asleep, but I'm not too sure
that isn't in earnest rather than in fun.

Awwww! It really is wonderful to see cats getting along and being
affectionate with each other.
