Update: Weird symbols on door frame

Just to let you know the apartment manager called the police who took
pictures of the symbols and took a report. They were just as stumped as
we all were. They also said they'd pass it along to their gang unit to
see if they had any ideas or just in case this is the start of something
new. The apartment manager said they were going to paint over the
symbols this coming week.

I want to thank all of you for the purrs, support, discussion,
investigations and ideas you all put forth. It was nice to be able to
come here and post something so off topic and get feedback and
encouragement from such a wonderful, diverse group of people.

They keep data bases on this stuff now. Ever since the gang tattoo craze
law enforcement takes it pretty serious. If it means something at an
organized level they should know.

Awwwww! Persia is purring at you.

I know some people get really ticked about OT posts but I, for one, wonder
why everyone gets so uptight about it. Sometimes you just want to share
info or ask questions like yours. Glad we could help, and hopefully those
symbols mean nothing at all.

I know some people get really ticked about OT posts but I, for one, wonder
why everyone gets so uptight about it. Sometimes you just want to share
