Take it to a test newsgroup; if you can post there then you can post to any
unmoderated newsgroup.

If you can't fathom that, then how about having something to say other than
"test". If you never have anything to say, then what difference does it make
if you can or can't post?

Why would anyone reply to a test post? Life must be pretty empty for
you, eh?

Because if everybody did test posts, the groups would be horrible. Whe
I need to do a test, I just come up with a new topic or reply to
somebody. If it doesn't post, I can always repost it later. And if it
does, then great, Problem solved.

There *are* test groups for this purpose.

If you were so "offended" by this, then WTF did you quote the text of
the entire frigging thing, effectively propagating it a **SECOND**
time?!? Don't you have more productive things to do, like posting in
hood boy style on rec.skiing.alpine?

Judging by your rhetoric, it seems you are much more offended over the
whole episode than I am.

...something which *you* just did... reply.

Well yeah, I did start the thread, lol.

Yes, another boneheaded move.

Yep, you are a bonehead! :-)

....and your point would be?

Nope, not offended. Just enjoying making you continue to post in a
thread you found "objectionable". My aim is to keep this thread going as
long as possible now for the pure entertainment value and to make you
look like a hypocrite.

Now, dance!

Well, you apparently have less of a clue about Usenet that you think you
do. Go chew on that for a while, see if you can connect the dots.

Report back here when finished.

I actually did do a test post at 1.test, which posted fine. But for
some reason I was having problems posting to this particular group.
Unfortunately my employer decided to come in at that moment with
something for me to do so I just did a quick test post. Yeah, I suppose
I should have thought of some great topic, but I didn't. So sue me :/

Playing on Usenet while on the job, great set of work ethics you have.

No surprise there.
