[OT] My father-in-law passed away this morning

Well, about half an hour ago, Gayle called and told us that Pop had
passed away, after a heart attack. He had been in extreme pain from
the broken vertebrae, so he is thankfully no longer suffering.

He was almost 90 years old, and lived a very full life. We will miss
him a lot.
