My elderly sisfur Cleopatra could use some more purrs. The TED diagnosed
her abcess and put her on antibiotics a couple weeks ago, but she's
still not bouncing back like she should. She has been back to TED a
couple times since then and he says she's healing nicely, but she is
definitely not herself yet.

Purrs for her to recover from this and regain her health would be most
appreciated.

Thank you, KS, that should help. Meowmie has her at the TED right
now but she ought to be home soon.

Purrs and love from Beauty and Cinder.

Purrs and prayers lovingly sent from Mosey, Pookie, Pipps and Sqweex

Hoomin thought.
Try to leave food for her that she can eat, like tuna, and even tuna
juice. She needs nutrition at a time like this. Maybe she can't handle
solids yet.

We went through this with Bear about five years ago. We tried a LOT of
different antibiotics, and he was hanging by a thread. Finally we used
an antibiotic not approved for use in cats, and miraculously it worked.
He also gets a monthly Vitamin C shot now, which helps immensely. He
just has a very weakened immune system. STRONG purrs for Cleo to
improve, and for her to tell that TED to try something unconventional.

We're already to that phase - we're into the unconventional treatments.
Keeping our fingers crossed that something good will happen soon.

We know she is already getting the love she needs, and that's
important. Rest will also help.
Our purrrrzzzz continue,... and fur Sammy too.
