Default BBQ time (was: angiotonic so you like SM huh? )

"The Puppy Wizard" wrote.

Not Ceasar Salad

Baby spinach leaves
Crunchy chips of bacon
croutons
blue-vein cheese, crumbled
water chestnuts, in chunks
pine nuts

Dressing:
Mayo
sour cream
dollop of whole-grain mustard
More blue-vein cheese (optional)

Mix dressing together. If using cheese, you may want to process to get it
smooth.

Prepare like a ceasar salad. Go easy on the dressing, you don't want to
overpower everything else.

Very crunchy, and very good for you!

Now that's what I like to hear: a recipe that has bacon and blue
cheese, being described as "good for you"!

I'd love to read Helen S's Newcastle beer beef cassorole recipe here....as
I'm sure it would taste great at the BBQ! :-) Liz

Single-mindedness is all very well in cows or baboons; in an animal
claiming to belong to the same species as Shakespeare it is simply disgraceful.
