Default Wishes and purrs for Chatter...

Hi folks,

As is protocol, because Chatter came into foster care from weird
circumstances - she was supposedly *found* by a guy who kept changing
his story to the different members of CP he spoke to. As the story
didn't add up, and we suspected that Chatter had been "cat-napped", we
advertised Chatter as "found" in the local paper.

Her "maybe" mommy answered the add, and has left a message on my
answer phone - apparently, her fiesty, disabled calico
went "missing" a while back. It sounds very, very promising. I've left a
message for her to ring me, and I really, really hope that Chatter
can be re-united with her family in time for Xmas. Please keep your
paws crossed that it's her mommy that's getting in touch.

Cheers
Helen M

We'll be purring for this to be Chatter's meowmie. What a lovely
Christmas story that would make.

Pardon my paranoia, but it sounds like an acquaintance turned Chatter in. If
the person that turned Chatter in knows the owner, it may happen again or
worse.

Purrs and prayers for Chatter. May everything work out the best for this
feisty hard headed Calico to have the best life possible in the best forever
home possible.

And given her disposition, one that can afford to keep a vet on retainer.
