Wishes and purrs for Chatter...
Hi folks,
As is protocol, because Chatter came into foster care from weird circumstances - she was supposedly *found* by a guy who kept changing his story to the different members of CP he spoke to. As the story didn't add up, and we suspected that Chatter had been "cat-napped", we advertised Chatter as "found" in the local paper. Her "maybe" mommy answered the add, and has left a message on my answer phone - apparently, her fiesty, disabled calico went "missing" a while back. It sounds very, very promising. I've left a message for her to ring me, and I really, really hope that Chatter can be re-united with her family in time for Xmas. If the person that turned Chatter in knows the owner, it may happen again or worse.
