I always pictured you as a brunette. :-)

I was born a brunette, but got my first grey hairs at age 13. By the time I
was 25, my hair was all grey, and then it started turning white. Somehow, my
self-image hasn't quite caught up. I will often stare at a photo, wondering
who that familiar-looking white-haired woman is, until I realise it's me. I
still think of myself as a brunette. )

It's cute how you did up your hair. I like that picture - A
schoolgirl and her kitten.

So, I went to see the kittens in person today, and did bring a camera and
did remember to charge the batteries, so here are even more kitten pictures.
And yes, the big scary hoomin who is about to eat one of the kittens is
yours truly. Go to

And she (he?) is doing a super-cute little backbend-head cock, too!

Single-mindedness is all very well in cows or baboons; in an animal
claiming to belong to the same species as Shakespeare it is simply disgraceful.

Hey, go with the compliment, Marina! John told me the only reason we got
free drinks at Prego on the Texas trip is because of the way I look, and
I'll be 44 in July. Like fine wine, we don't get older, we get better

Great pic, by the way, you schoolgirl with a kitten, you!
