Well, I had posted about a month or so ago that a stray had showed up,
and I was willing to let her live here as an outdoor cat, but was
worried about Winter.

I decided to take her in a couple weeks ago for shots and spaying.
Turns out she was pregnant (probably before she ever showed up here),
and they "took care of that."

She has turned out to be a very nice cat. She seems happy here. I
built her a nice little house with shingles and all. She's a "deck
cat"; she rarely strays more than a few feet from the deck.

Ironically, the night that she spent at the vet's, after being spayed,
the no-kill shelter called and said they had an opening and I could
bring her in.

So....looks like we have a cat.
