PURRS AND PRAYERS FOR THE HURRICANE AND FIRE VICTIMS

Anti Kyla again,
We need some purrs, prayers and tail wags for the humans who are going
through a bad hurricane in Florida, New Orleans and Haiti, and other places.
Also, there are forest fires here in Washington State, [not near us] and
other places. This weather is just too weird.
Can we all please muster up some purrs, tail wags and prayers for those
unfortunate humans and animals affected by these things?

Hi! We're checking from Florida. Hurricane Isaac came and went. No more wind. No more rain. No more thunderboomers. All the kitties are safe inside. Rosco and Tina seemed relatively unmoved by the commotion outside. Lilith was meowing at me more than usual.

Classes at my college/uni were cancelled today, and will resume as scheduled tomorrow.

The only damage, if that's what you want to call it, is a corner of one of the screens on our screened in porch (aka "the smoking lounge") is a little blown in. But then it was a little blown in before the storm, and if you didn't already know you wouldn't be able to tell there was damage.

Still purring for all those still affected by Isasc.
