Default kitten question

Hello there.
I have 4 days old kittens at home. One of them already has its eyes half
open. I know usually it takes 7 to 10 days (I think?)... So is it normal
that this kitten's eyes are already opening ?

Thanks
Mia

Probably not, since it's outside of the given range (I believe I've seen
them start to open as early as five days with a couple of ours) , but it
shouldn't be all that much of a problem. Double check with a vet to be
sure though.

Congrats, Mia!
How many kittens did she have? How's Momma?

I know nothing about the eyes and all, just wanted to say congrats!

Thanks hailey...

Momma Misha is doing wonderful. The birth went really good. She had 5
kittens, all born between 4h15 pm and 8h20 pm. She did it really fast we
were amazed. All kitties are alive and seem in very good health. Momma Misha
has plenty of milk, kitties seem contented. They are growing fast. It looks
like out of the bunch we have 4 males and one female, but I am not 100% sure
yet. Misha is one proud momma and loves to come and get us and walk us to
the box and jump in and start purring... She looks at kittens... looks at
us... says "bruuuu" and then looks at kittens again and lays down and feeds
them and as soon as we talk to her or touch her... she "bruuu's" and makes
happy feet and purrs. She snuggles with her babies and "bruuu's" some
more. She is so cute She is a good momma and takes good care of them. I
am happy about that.

Mia, Misha and the bunch.
