Fluffy's checkup
Fluffy has heart problems, a heart murmur, possible kidney issues, major
weight loss (25%), etc. In short, she's very old (17-1/2). She's now on heart medicine, and vitamin B to increase her appetite. The vet doesn't think she's in pain, so it's too early to euthanise her, not that I'm particularly eager to go through *that*. If we are both lucky, she'll just die quietly in her sleep sometime in the next year or so. -- T.E.D. ) |

Best wishes for both of you. Joy |

It's so sad, watching an elderly cat slowly fade away Sending purrs that she never suffers, and does go to the Bridge in her sleep; that's SO much easier than making THAT decision ~~~~~~~~~~~~ ^..^ "Life without cats would be only marginally worth living." -TC, and the unmercifully, relentlessly, sweet calico kitty, Kenzie.
