Default bad smell

I just got my third cat about 6 mo old, I found her lost and all alone in a
parking lot and she has a very bad litter smell. My other 2 cats dont smell
like this at all. Does anyone know if a change of diet would help or maybe she
has a medical problem.

Feed her a good premium food and the bad litter box smell should go
away, if not you may have to experiment with different foods to find one
that gets digested.

I'd also advise a vet visit. When you go bring with you a stool sample,
from the cat.
