Default POSSIBLE SAM SIGHTING!

Sorry for shouting, but I'm excited!

I'm on the other side of the state from home, and can't heave here until
about noon tomorrow. As soon as I get set up in the Unidome I get a call
on my cell phone - "Are you the guy who is missing a cat?"

A guy living about 12 blocks away reports seeing a cat that sounds like
Sammy hanging around his house and the house across the street for about
the last week. I got his address and phone number. Nancy is going to run
over and see if she can catch sight of him and try to talk him in to
approaching. We're not sure yet that it is Sam, but man oh man do I hope
it is!

It's driving me crazy that I can't return home now, but I'd be fired for
sure if I did. Will keep you all posted as I learn more.

I sure hope it turns out to be Sammy! Purrs continue for him to get his
furry butt home.

I'll see your thousand and raise you two thousand purrs that it IS Sam and
he'll let Nancy bring him home.

Can you believe the stress a missing kitty can cause?
Yeesh, they're our 'kids' after all.

I'm excited, too! Every night I've been sitting down with Lucy, our
champion purrer, pointing her towards the northeast and scritching her
neck, and letting her go to town with the purrs. Every morning, I've
been looking for a post from you with good news. Hope this turns out to
be a positive sighting!

All what she said but in place of "Lucy" insert string of 9 names and remove
"east" from "northeast". And I'm not leaving this PC until after your next
post.

SHOUT all you want. Dan, if he has been there for a week, he will be there
when you get home if Nancy can't get him. No job no feed for cats.
Priorities my friend.
