OT Dog Attacks, Bites 15-Year-Old's Neck, Taser Used On Pit Bull Attacking Fla. Man

"We've never really had an aggressive dog like this," dog owner Laura Pruett
said. "Even though he bites, he's not real aggressive, you know."

The owner voluntarily surrendered the dog to animal control officers after
the attack. Local 6 News reported that the dog would be euthanized.

Officers patrolling the area saw the attack and pulled over to assist. The
dog charged one of the officers, who struck the animal with the Taser gun

One of the dog's owners, 49-year-old Barbara Hall, has been arrested for
obstructing the investigation.

Sorry it just burns me up that irresposible pet owners get away with this
stuff and the animal and others get hurt because of their stupidity
